With over 9 years experience in residential property and HMO management across Bournemouth and Poole, I pride myself on taking a proactive approach to property performance, tenant retention, and the effective management of rent arrears. Managing a high-volume portfolio, I oversee all aspects of lettings and property management including maintenance coordination, compliance, regular inspections, evictions, and ensuring adherence to current property legislation. My focus is always on protecting landlords’ investments while maintaining positive, professional relationships with tenants. Outside of work, I’m a friendly and outgoing person, a proud mum of three, and passionate about keeping fit and coaching a local girls football team.
