Steve McCullough(Proprietor) - Sales

Steve McCullough, originally from Northern Ireland, has lived in Bournemouth since 1988. His 15 year career in financial services began with Abbey Life. After working in the city he set up a recruitment agency providing specialist contractors to all the major finance companies in the UK. He sold that business in order to spend more time in Bournemouth with his children Alex and Claudia and bought Clarkes in 2003.

Steve is a homeowner and a landlord and is very knowledgeable and passionate about the housing Market. He believes the Estate Agency industry should be regulated and is determined to see Clarkes set the standard giving estate agents a better name.

Claire Sheppard - Sales

Claire Sheppard joined Clarkes from abbey life in 2004. Originally from Bridport she settled in Bournemouth and now has two lovely girls, Nadine and Holly. She is well known amongst agents and solicitors as one of the top sales negotiators in Bournemouth. She alone has made the difference for hundreds of people in preventing sales and chains from falling thro'. As a result she has many life long customers now.

Dean Williams - Sales

Dean Williams is the latest recruitment to the Clarkes team since joining the company from Barclays Business Systems earlier this year. Originally from Eastbourne Dean moved to Bournemouth to study for a BA Hons in Accounting and Business, with a strong financial background Dean has had previous sales and marketing experience within a software development company and decided to explore his new found passion further by joining the Clarkes team as a Sales Negotiator.

Claire Young - Lettings & Marketing

Claire Young is originally from London, she moved down to Bournemouth in 2005 to Study at Bournemouth University and has decided to stay here ever since. She has worked in an array of marketing roles since graduating with a BA Hons in marketing and has since found herself at home as the Lettings Manager at Clarkes. Not only does she control our Managed Lets portfolio, she has an active contribution to the marketing process of the company.

Having rented for a number of years, Claire has a strong understanding of the lettings market and her marketing knowledge allows her to deliver a high quality service to both landlords and tenants.

Wendy Joy Devine - Admin

Wendy Devine joined Clarkes in 2009. Previous to working at Clarkes she was a secretary with several years experience for a local estate agent in Charminster. Wendy lives in Charminster with her husband Martin. In her spare time Wendy is a keen conservationist and dedicates herself voluntarily for several causes. Within Clarkes, Wendy assists with the lettings and office administration. You'll always know when you're speaking to Wendy. She has a smile for everyone and will go out of her way to help.
